Blueberry Muffins

Another recipe from Vegan Camp, folks!

3/4 cup of soy milk

1/2 cup oil

3/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup custard powder

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups selfraising flour

In a bowl place wet ingredients, add custard powder, sugar and salt and gradually pour and mix in the flour until soft batter is formed (may not need all the flour). Place in 6 large muffin pans, or half fill 12. Add blueberries (stick them inside or on top) and bake at 175 degrees celsius for 12 Р15 minutes until the muffin springs back when touched on top.
