Chocolate Cake

1 ½ cups of flour

3 T cocoa

1 cup of sugar

1 cup water

1 t vanilla

1 T white vinegar

6 D oil

1t baking soda

½ t salt

In a large bowl mix together the first four ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients mixing well. Pour mixture into a round cake tin and bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the tin. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
